Restricted Use to Enrolled Members

This notice serves as a formal declaration from Minority Truckers Alliance that the use of our official logos is strictly limited to currently enrolled members of our organization. These logos represent the brand and identity of Minority Truckers Alliance, and as such, their use is a privilege granted exclusively to our active members.

Conditions of Logo Use

Enrolled members may utilize these logos in accordance with our branding guidelines, which include but are not limited to the use on websites, email signatures, and marketing materials. This privilege is directly tied to the status of membership with Minority Truckers Alliance. These logos will not be altered in any manner.

Cessation of Use Upon Membership Termination

It is critically important for all members to be aware that once their membership with Minority Truckers Alliance is terminated, either through cancellation, lapse, or any other means, the authorization to use our logos is immediately revoked. This revocation is non-negotiable and must be strictly adhered to.

Removal Requirement

Upon termination of membership, former members are required to remove the Minority Truckers Alliance logos from all mediums, including but not limited to websites, emails, marketing materials, and any other digital or physical representations. This removal must be completed promptly and without delay.

Consequences of Non-Compliance
