Terms and Conditions of Minority Truckers Alliance
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the Minority Truckers Alliance website at https://minoritytruckersalliance.com (“Site”), you, the “Member”, hereby agree to these legally binding Terms and Conditions. Non-agreement to these terms necessitates the immediate cessation of Site use.
2. Eligibility for Membership
Membership is exclusively reserved for entities falling under the categories: Self Certified, NMSDC, VOSB, WOSB, WMBE, 8(a), MBE, or DBE. Membership is limited to trucking companies or transporters, with a minimum age requirement of twenty-one (21) years.
3. Membership Fees and Billing Cycle
- Both the initial monthly and annual membership fees are payable upon enrollment.
- Subsequent monthly fees shall be automatically debited every thirty (30) days post enrollment.
- Annual fees are due on the enrollment anniversary.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable.
4. Member Obligations and Conduct
- Accurate and truthful information provision is mandatory for all Members.
- The Alliance reserves the right to verify operating authority in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
- Fraudulent or misrepresented information will lead to immediate membership termination without refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Written cancellation requests should be directed to admin@minoritytruckersalliance.com.
- Cancellations via phone or internet are invalid.
- All cancellations are non-refundable.
6. Usage of Site
- The Site is intended for information access, news, enrollment, member data management, and for enabling Members to be matched with freight shipments based on their provided information.
- Unauthorized replication or dissemination of Site content is strictly forbidden.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content and data on the Site are the exclusive property of Minority Truckers Alliance.
- Use beyond personal viewing requires explicit written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability for Transportation Services
- The Alliance shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims resulting from transportation services or loads obtained through the Site.
9. Privacy Policy
- A comprehensive Privacy Policy governs the handling and protection of member data.
10. No Warranties
- The Alliance makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of Site information.
- Liability for damages arising from Site usage is disclaimed.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are subject to the laws of the State of Missouri.
- Disputes shall be adjudicated exclusively in Springfield, Missouri.
12. Modifications to Terms
- The Alliance reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice.
- Continued Site use signifies acceptance of any revised Terms.
